Worthington Hills residents, thank you all for your continued patience and understanding during the ongoing road construction near the school.

With curb and sidewalk work around the school nearly complete, Decker Construction is shifting to Candlewood Dr, Candlewood Ln, and Beechlake Dr to complete remaining curb and gutter replacements. Upon completion of the concrete work, The Shelly Company will begin the milling and paving phase of the project, which will take several days and multiple phases to complete. Please keep in mind that road surfaces may remain uneven between construction steps, and access may be temporarily limited in certain areas.

Traffic & Safety Reminders:

Beechlake Dr will remain the designated detour for all parent and resident traffic accessing the school.

• Only school buses are permitted to use Candlewood Dr during construction.
• Please use extra caution during drop-off and pick-up, as the area around the school will have temporary transitions between new concrete and older asphalt.
• Please see the below detour map for updated traffic routes.

Traffic Pattern for Next Phase

We will maintain the same traffic pattern for this next phase of construction, with an exception for school buses using Candlewood Dr at Clubview Blvd South to access the school parking lot. Blue arrows indicate two-way traffic; red arrows indicate one-way traffic. 

We will continue to provide updates as each phase progresses and notify residents of any significant changes to access or traffic patterns. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work on our Road Improvements.
