On July 16, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.the Perry Township Board of Trustees will hold a continuation of the public hearing at the Perry Township Hall, 7125 Sawmill Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016-9018 in order to consider an application, designated as Application No. 148-RZ-18, which is proposed as an amendment to the Perry Township Zoning Resolution. This application proposes to Amend Section 110.011 (1), (2) and (3) Agriculture, Amend Section 306 by adding Section 306.0291 to (R-2) Limited Suburban Residential District Regulations, Amend Section 551.028 Trash, Amend Section 720.011 to include the following definitions inserted: Predator-Proof Sheltering Structure; with all such proposed textual revisions being reflected in the Zoning Amendment Text having a cover page entitled “Perry Township Zoning Amendment Number 148-RZ-18 dated April 4, 2018.
