Take a ride along with Perry Township Police, experience a day with our Road crew, tour the township with our Zoning officer and learn how the administrative office keeps the township running...these are just a few of things our summer interns have experienced! Perry Township of Franklin County offers an internship program that provides a work-based learning experience for high school students. This program integrates the development of professional skills so that students are provided with practical work experience.

Interns work for a total of 4 full weeks, Monday through Friday, during the summer months, for a total of 10 hours per week. The hours are somewhat flexible to accommodate a student's schedule for other activities. An application process is required. This program is open to students who reside in Perry Township and who have not previously participated in this program.
