[ARCHIVED] Ballot Issue #4--Road Department RENEWAL Levy

BALLOT ISSUE #4---RENEWAL LEVY for the ROAD DEPARTMENT

The Perry Township Board of Trustees unanimously approved plans to place a Road & Bridge RENEWAL levy on the November 5, 2019 ballot. The 1.5 mill Road & Bridge levy is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2019.  According to Fiscal Officer, Michele Elliott, “this renewal levy is a continuation of the expiring Road and Bridge levy.  As such, there will be no tax increase if ballot Issue #4 is approved.

According to the Franklin County Auditor's Office this renewal levy would cost the owner of a $100,000 home (Auditors market value) approximately $40.09 a year. This amount is the same as you are currently paying.
