[ARCHIVED] Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting: June 15, 2021

The Perry Township, Franklin County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Virtual Public Hearing (Ohio House Bills 197 & 404) on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 6:30PM in order to consider Variance Application Number 249-VAR-21 submitted by property owner Mr. John Chadwell - 1779 W. Case Road; Columbus, OH 43235. This application seeks a variance from Perry Township Zoning Resolution Section 512.011- Accessory Use and Structure Defined, regarding an existing accessory structure on a lot that temporarily does not have a principal structure.
