Shelly & Sands will be resurfacing Breckenridge, Clubview North (between Fairway and Hickory Ridge), Oakbourne, Pendennis, and Treadway. Of these roads, Breckenridge and Pendennis will undergo full depth repair to restore areas of deterioration and improve the pavement rideability and structural integrity. 

Shelley & Sands will begin resurfacing the roads on Monday, May 15th. They anticipate that they will only require two days of paving, but may need additional time in the event of inclement weather and cleanup.
