Township Limited Home Rule Resolutions

Perry Township has adopted a limited home rule form of government, allowing the Township to adopt and enforce resolutions to better regulate the health, safety, and welfare of the the Township's residents. Adopted resolutions are enforced by the Perry Township Police Department when applicable. Please find below all active LHR resolutions in force.
