The Board of Zoning Appeals is resident composed board that hears, deliberates, and reaches decisions upon requests for variances and conditional uses. The BZA also hears zoning appeals made for any decision by the Township Zoning Department in enforcing the Zoning Resolution and/or the Exterior Property Maintenance Code.
